TLCF Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations

TWNH received funding from the Federal Government under the TLCF Infrastructure Funding for Community Education and Training organisations.

With this funding we are going to build an additional training room, and refurbish the kitchen, at the Leinster Grove Community Centre.  This will enable us to offer more accredited training programs with spaces for more learners in each course. 

In addition some funding has been allocated to refurbish the computer centre at TWNH.

November 2009

Progress to date: an air conditioning system has been installed into the computer room which has pleased the trainers and students in classes owing to the onset of hot weather, final plans have been completed for the renovation and refurbishment at Leinster Grove Community Centre.  These have been sent to builders for quotes.
