Social Lawn Bowls

For all ages. All abilities. An enjoyable recreational activity for both men and women supported by Darebin Access All Abilities and the Kingsbury Bowls Club.

Increases flexibility and core muscle strength. Increases postural awareness.

Please Note: All of the Yoga, Pilate and Stretch and Strengthening classes are held at Leinster Grove Community Centre.

Check at House for directions and to register prior to the class. Bookings are essential For all yoga and exercise classes please wear loose comfortable clothing. A blanket is useful to bring along to class. If you have a medical or physical condition please consult your doctor first.

Relaxation, joint care, breathing, meditation and postures. Suitable for all ages. Work at your own level. Relax, rejuvenate and release the stresses of daily life.

Our yoga teachers are highly experienced and qualified to support you at all levels of yoga practice and in understanding the many health benefits that yoga can bring.



Kirtan - Singing and Meditation

Days and Times:

Commencing in March 2010.

7.00 - 8.00pm

Term Dates:

Held on the first Friday of every month.

Cost:

Singing and meditation using sacred chants and songs from many different cultures.
